As the executive vegan chef and visionary behind Vegans on the Run in Shreveport, Louisiana, she transforms traditional Southern comfort food into elevated, restorative cuisine. She embraces the title of "Culinary Alchemist," reflecting her unique ability to bridge the gap between nourishing the physical body and elevating the mind and spirit. After dedicating over two decades to shaping minds in the traditional classroom, she pivoted her expertise to the kitchen and the community, championing food accessibility and purpose-driven living.
